Directory Actions

List Sharing

Germplasm list sharing between programs is available from Manage Germplasm. The directory contains two default folders for (1) crop-level and (2) program-level list sharing. Germplasm lists in the "Crop" folder are available from any program with the crop - allowing breeders in different programs to share. Files in the "Program" folder are restricted to members of that program. If you want to use germplasm shared in the crop folder, you must copy the germplasm into a new list managed within you program.

  • Drag and drop a program list into the "Crop list" folder to share a germplasm lists between different programs.

The list "24 germplasm" is in a subdirectory of "Program lists" and is only visible to members of the SY_Maize program. This list must be moved to the Crop List folder to share with all programs using the maize database.

The list "24 germplasm" is now in a subdirectory of "Crop lists," and is visible to members of any program sharing the the maize database.
